If you haven't purchased your licenses, etc, there will be a surtax tacked on after that date.

Is it something that Gregoir can use to help fund additional roads or the funding of the tribes.  I am all over that.  :bash:

I think it's to fund the tribe netting of of state funded hatchery fish.
