Title: which 243 bullit
Post by: rasbo on July 20, 2009, 08:12:12 PM: which 243 bullit would be less expanding.that can be purchased off the shelf...Im thinking about trying my wifes 243 on some bobs.my 270 will leave a hole the size of a quarter out the back of the head.with the corelokt,same as the 140 accubond.the 22 mag is still gonna be my go to round,but if im hunting during coug season I want to stay legal

Post by: Karl Blanchard on July 20, 2009, 08:42:18 PM: I don't know if you reload or not but hornady makes an 80gr fmj but don't make over the counter cartridges. I kinda poked around for a fmj 243 round off the shelf and couldn't find anything so I just bought some bullets and reloaded them.
