Title: Umtanum cow tag muzzleloader
Post by: missfire on July 20, 2009, 09:24:31 PM: I have not hunted in 342 any Ideas on where to start scouting? Any info would be a help! The season is the OCT. 3rd-11th

Post by: pat2bear on July 20, 2009, 11:03:34 PM: I had that tag nine years ago. Ended up only getting one shot and that was at a spike. Missed him clean. I think it was user error. :DOH: This is during the general EM season so that opening morning they're gonna be running for cover. You won't catch many out in the open much after that. they hunted 1 long weekend if i remember correctly.

Our camp has taken 3 cows in the last 2 years in that unit. No cow tags this year so we will be hunting 368. Send me a PM and I will try to help if I can.
