I just got one but don't know a damn thing about them. Its a target pistol with a 5 1/2 in bull barrel. .22 LR :dunno:
Anyone know anything about it?
-
Humm, uh, Hmm, Do i know anything about Browning Buckmarks? maybe you should give it to me.. They are crap
What would you like to know about it.
-
Anything.. are they accurate? what the best ammo? :dunno: I didnt buy it so I dont know a think about it.
are they good?
-
Yes they are very good guns, not to picky about ammo, dont use the eagle stuff, but most other bulk 22 is fine, keep it clean.
I think the 5.5 barrel is a good choice for carrying in the field with good accuracy.
Shoot it from a rest to dial it in, then it will be more accurate then most people can shoot.
look up Tactical Solutions in Boise ID, they have stuff to make it a real hotrod.
Get the barrel with the suppressor and some ammo that is under 1100fps and it will then be subsonic..

On second thought, they are junk, i'll come and pick it up so you dont have to shoot it in misery... :chuckle:

Now were talking... where do I get a barrel with a suppressor for the buck mark? :)
-
i've sort of got one on the "to buy" list for someday...the only downside i've heard is that you can't find a holster for the hunter(the model i want) :(
-
I have the same one and one of the same models in the camper. They are accurate and shoot the cheap stuff great. Two things I don't care for, but aren't a huge deal. The first is the matte finish scratches easily. Second is the safety is kind of hard to put on and take off, I wish it where easier.

Tactical Solutions in Boise Idaho (google: tactical solutions) they can send it direct to you, no ffl needed

Not true, you can get a uncle mikes holster that fits just fine, or you can get one for like a .45acp (my kimber holster from uncle mikes works great) and let out the stitching on the bottom to let the barrel though, just sew up the edge real tight and it works great, or if ya want i'll try and find the info for a guy who built me a leather camo holster for mine...

I like the safety, it is amedextrous, (can be used by right and left hand shooters), the matte finish is what it is on the camper, but hey that thing shoots great, bull barrel and you did not have to sell a kidney for it, just wipe it with some oil and it looks great.
ever seen the camper model that came in camo? Too cool..

Yeah Ive wanted I silenced 22 for quite a while but never wanted to spend the money but seeing this pistol was free..... That suppressor is sounding great :IBCOOL:
