Title: Hodgdon h870 powder
Post by: newbs55 on August 18, 2009, 02:57:35 PM: I am just getting into reloading and an older friend of the family gave me some hodgdon h870 powder. i know it is a slow burning powder but i can't find any data for it in any of the reloading books i have. i am reloading for a 300 win mag is this powder even worth working up a load for? i have 5 lbs of it.

What make is that 338? My father in law has one in WB Accu, and we cannot get that thing to shoot for the life of us.
