Title: Anybody want to go scouting this weekend??????
Post by: Luke9686 on August 25, 2009, 10:05:46 PM: Going scouting up near the Montesano area this weekend, and wondering if anybody wants to tag along? I'm new to hunting in Washington, or the west for that matter, so I don't offer much in the way of knowledge. I can offer some good company though!!!!

A little about me---> 29, married, originally from Iowa, currently stationed here serving in the U.S. Coast Guard.

I'm not dead set on the area, so if some place better deserves scouting we can do that.

Post by: kramman on August 26, 2009, 02:40:49 PM: luke just to let you know i was east of monte about 10 miles and all the old simpson land was posted no entry due to extreme fire conditions :dunno:I will tell you though there are some good areas down there.good luck

Des Moines. Pleasant Hill to be exact. Not dead set on the Monte area. Actually was thinking about the Forks area also.
