Title: grayback unit
Post by: batsquatch on August 27, 2009, 10:36:53 PM: I drew a tag for late archery deer. Does anyone know how the hunting is in the late season down there in the grayback?

Post by: fishunt247 on August 30, 2009, 08:45:55 PM: There are PLENTY of really good deer killed in that unit during the general rifle hunt with no weather. I've seen it done...numerous times. The oaks can be pretty hard to hunt though. But ya, I think that is a doe tag.
