Awesome pics! Hopefully we can see a giant bull with Wapitihunter behind it soon!

If that bull breeds the cow with the radio collar does the calf come out with a collar too? :chuckle: Great pics, the neck on that bull is huge! Thanks for sharing and go get em Wapiti!

Awesome pictures Jon. After viewing them I am definetly starting to agree with Charlie on his scoring of the bull, once again beautiful pictures!

Hell, any elk hunter worth his salt loves to see that! Put the whole shootin' match in a stinky wallow and it only gets better!!!

I dub thee Crooked Sticks! This bull may not be a Monster, but I LOVE the character. The G-3 on the right way up there. Little kicker. Trashhy Bull for sure. Im sorrry to say it, but I think ole crooked sticks is a dead man walking. Another year on that Bull would be REAL interesting though!

The tallywhacker picture, tell that bull next time you see him that he will have to remove at least two ribs if he wants to reach it that way.
Great pictures!

:yike:..................................Going back friday afternoon. Then next weekend for 4 or five days. We definatley want a bigger one than that. Will be poking around cowboy camp for the big 9er. And back up high to see if they are fired up yet. Will keep all posted.
Outstanding pictures Timber. Love to see them elk, makes me feel all warm and tingly inside. :)

Well... The chill is certainly in the air. Made it up to the trail head at Sauk Mountain on Sunday night. Blowin rain sideways and bloody cold! This weather system should be the alarm clock to get those boys and gurls running around. Fall is just about here!
Good luck, and be safe.

Tonight at Hurn field a young bull came into the field bugling away and tried to steal some cows. The herd bull promptly ran him out of there.
-
Looks like that 5 point is a direct decent of the big bull, with there kickers and all.
-
Those are some great pics Jon!

Anyhow..he's a good one period...love the shot of him busting that group of spikes And that last running pic!!

Good for clubbing off mad momma bears and horned dog bulls. Haven't tried it on moose yet. ;)

How long are his mains boys?? I cannot get them over about 46-47 inches... And I dont give a crap what he scores...he's a hawg!
