Is it legal in washington?? :dunno:
-
It's not my thing, but as far as I understand, it's legal tu bait deer in Washington. Good luck this year!
-
Thanks. good luck to you too. I was just wondering because almost nothing is legal in this state :bash: :bash:.
-
I know what you mean. I tried hunting with muzzleloader for a few years- what a hassle. IT's too hard to find legal parts. I'm sticking with my bow and guns.
-
im curious how this works out...ive been considering some cmere deer, but I just dont want to lug up to where I hunt... :chuckle:

I know what ya mean saylean. i am thinking about some shake N Take. :dunno:

If you asking for an opinion, I would go muley every time, but that is just me. :dunno: Either way it will be fun!

yes i was but i made my decision. which ever nice legal deer that makes my trigger finger itch when it walks by. :chuckle:
-
That works, I judge if the deer is worth shooting buy how bad I have buck fever, the more I am shaking, the better. That means I will shoot probaly and legal buck! :chuckle:
-
Apples for sure. You're in like the apple capitol of the world! The price is right!
-
tried cmere deer in front of a trail camera last year, we had several elk and mule deer come in but nothing would touch the cmere deer. so I am assuming that it is a whitetail thing
-
i have tried for blacktails.. watched them from my tree stands walk right over the stuff and never even give it a second sniff..
i agree it is a whitetail thing.. apples, apples, and more apples... ha ha
-
we have deer cane out and the elk and black-tails have the ground torn up all around it its like a magnet for them. Is it legal to shoot the animals off the bait? because i know you can put stuff out for taking pictures but i thought you cant shoot them off the bait.

I have had the same results with DeerCain as bonney has. We used the gallon of the liquid stuff a year ago when we bought our first trail cam. The results were great lots and lots of pics of elk and black tail. We decided to set up a 2nd camera in a different spot this year and used DeerCain again and with in 3 hours after setting everything up the deer were coming in and within the week there was a 1 foot deep hole in the ground. They will also bed in the hole and I have some pics where they are peeing in the hole. DeerCain gets a A + in my book

Have you tried a mineral lick (Trophy Rock)? :chuckle: I have 3 out at my place and the deer seemed to be quite attracted to it. After a few heavy rains they will start to tare up the ground. C'mere deer....no such luck. :dunno:
