Are those around Wells or a little lower?
-
Nice fish!!
-
the first fish was caught in the mouth of the okanogan and the second fish was from below wells
-
Wow, nice fish. Any idea what they weighed?
-
yeah, 26 and 22

Here are a couple pics from the last week. First pic is a 27 and the other is 122# for a limit. The largest of the six was 25. All weighed on electronic scale. These upriver fish skin turns really fast this time of year, but the meat is still excellent and the skeins are amazing.

Put 25 Adults, 2 Sockeye, 2 Jacks in the boat, released 3 Adults, 1 Steelhead, 1 Jack, 3 adults came undone, 1 broke off, in 18hrs of fishing last week. Not counting missed strikes. It was/has been smoking hot with only one or two other boats out. Now work and football are getting in the way for the next few weeks. Oh well it was a great year and the Steelhead will be great also.
Plugs for the majority.

Finally made it back out after almost 10 days of no-freaking fishing. I hate it when work gets in the way of play!! Put four in the boat 20, 16, 13,12, and turned two loose around 15. Yes some of the larger ones were turned loose because I have enough fish, but the people with me wanted theirs. Missed four hits and all in 3.5 hrs.. Bailed at the limit but hit most fish the last 1.5 hrs, got in just as it got dark. The 20 male looked like a fish out of Vernita, but all the hens were still looking good on the outside. It is still going very good with just about half the fish getting pretty white now. Skeins are getting huge and still holding together perfectly. Saw the Colville's commercial boat showed up this evening, and waiting to go out after Steelhead.
