looks like the reg book is gonna get even bigger. can't say i'm a fan of closing ALL streams unless they're specifically open in the regs(they're open from the first sat in june to october 31 by default).
on that topic, whoever proposed the change the river opener from june 1st to the first saturday ought to be strung up.
