Title: Finally nailed the kings.
Post by: alanger on September 28, 2009, 08:56:14 AM: We spent 10 hours fishing yesterday between rock island and rocky reach. went and got some new baits. went back out at 5 at night. started the rally. hooked up with one after we moved into a spot for 5 minutes. got the line back in the water caught another one. the first king was 24 and the second was 25. big ol fatty's. pics didnt turn out or i would post some. But finally the new boat got a king in it. my dad kept saying. if we dont get a fish today that boat is going on cragislist. but we got it down.

We have been out there almost everynight the past month and almost mornings too trying to hook up with atleast one. but we got 2 last night. the one was enough but the second one was a bonus for sure.

Anyone else still fishing for them on here???

Post by: dbllunger on September 30, 2009, 01:11:03 PM: Go North young man!!! Killing them near Brewster. Catching several 4-5 adults every trip of about 3hrs plus a jack here and there. Have not had time to fish all day lately. I woudl gues iff you just hit the morning and evening for around 3hrs each you should be able to boat 10 or more a day fishing 2-3 rods.

Post by: alanger on October 03, 2009, 05:39:59 AM: We went out again. i think we got it down now. got a 20lber and an 18lber. freezer is almost full. but now we have too fill up the shelf for steelhead. (bummmer) :DOH:
