Title: Any body fishing the samish river?

Just wondering what the action was like up in that area, i know last year the kings were running thick here in a couple of weeks, hopefully there is another season like last year. let me know if you have heard anything

Heard that the run is bigger than last year.  Check the Skagit Valley Herald for an article a couple of weeks ago.  Access has been restricted on a few properties as owners got tired of dealing with some A-holes.  Still hoping to get there soon but don't want to deal with the weekend crowds.
