Need to sell collection of guns. I know I can post here, but how are potential buyers background checked? How are guns sent? and collected by a new owner? I need info. please! thanks.

. There is no background check for private face to face sales. for rifles if the buyer is in state then you just mail the rifle to the new owners mailing address, using UPS, through the local headquarters( not a UPS store) If your shiping to a out of state buyer then you have to ship to a FFL and they take care of the federal paperwork.

When I sell a hand gun to someone, I like it when they present their concealed weapons permit if they have one. It's a little more comforting to know that the buyer isn't completely nuts or a criminal.

not true....that was a proposed rule that we never followed through with a long time ago.
it never came to light. there is a classifieds board you are welcome to use. please do not post them on here...use the classifieds.

I'm locking this. Mostly because people want to turn this topic into a classifieds topic.
