Info on Whiteys, I suppose so since you possed on the deer forum.  Clearwater is hard to beat.  St. Maries is a great starting spot, lots of public land to hunt.  Areas weve had success in are Grangeville, Kamai, Orifino, St.Maries, get some maps, theres no lack of deer.  Good Luck.  Nice animals 257 what part of clearwater?

St. Maries is great lots of country few hunters if you get away from the truck.  There are some pigs in that country also!

In panhandle?  Unit 11, but you have to special draw for it.  Otherwise, you need to head to southern Idaho.  A few mountain units like 12 and some of the others have a few, but nothing serious.

I'm willing to travel anywhere in the state, I would like to hunt the best over the counter unit for Muleys.
