Very nice score. It's not hard to keep up with me. I'm a real bad shot but I still like being out there.  :hunter:

I got the bead on a wood duck today. He was not in a shootable area though. Would have been nice. I wouldn't keep him but my close friend would like to have one mounted. Maybe next time  :dunno:

Ha ha.  :chuckle:

Not really. It's just one of those things where if it happens it happens. If not then nobody will care too much about it.

Now if you could get one of those trumpeter swans for me that would be nice  :chuckle:

Those things sell for about 10 grand on the open market.  Somehow I think that would get me in a heap of trouble. :)  I have heard theres a couple around here somewhere.

Not really keepign with the ducks here but inline with the swans sort of. I saw a dang pelican in bridgeport swimming in the river above the dam when i was fishing for some trips.

Funnyyou said that because thats what my comeback was going to be....
"I don't know about getting you a swan, but maybe one of these pelicans."  We have quite a grop of them on the Yakima.  I wonder ho many of Jackelopes fish they are eating.

fishermen hate the pelicans and mergansers

most big game hunters jump at the chance to take out a predator

and seaguls and crows eat the waterfowl eggs

cant get away from the other "predators" we compete with
