I bought a piece of duck hunting property in mid Sept. and it's starting to look good. Anywhere from 50-400 duck's have been parking their butt's on it everyday! About 20 acre's are now flooded. I've seen 9 specie's of duck's, lesser and greater Canada's and yesterday while working on the cabin/social shack 8 speckle-bellies plopped their butt's down for me to look at for about an hour! After year's of loosing access to propertie's from anti-hunter owner's to paying leasor's etc.etc. I think I'm set for duck hunting from here on out! Can't wait to plant the 2500 lb's of corn seed setting in my garage next year. Couldn't help it: seeing the speck's,I just had to tell the world. Woodie's and a woody!

Good luck with the hunt.

good investment, I think here in 20 years or so its going to be hard to hunt any land that you don't own or pay to be on. I'm looking for a few acres myself for the same purpose.
