Me likey the Mojo Critter. I love watching coyotes eyes glued to it when I give them the magic pill.
-
Good luck tomorrow.
The mojo works like magic on the cats.

thanks guys now Im really stoked.Im not much of a gimmick guy but the action of that critter, she looks good.Havent got a name for it yet LOL Im thinking Lucy
-
I'm on my 3rd critter. Redtail hawks seem to love them :chuckle:
A quick coyote got 1 and we never found it after he dropped it.
Get a piece of 1/4-20 all thread for extending the heighth. We also tie it upsidedown from tree limbs.

it turns itself on very easily though. Bring extra batteries. Thats a huge design flaw. The button is far too easy to press if it's in a vest or a pack.
-
thanks I pack alot of batteries,I should have bought the rechargable for the fox pro :bash: I bought the verminator dual reed wow thats a wicked call..you eating lope yet gut

You'll easily make it through the first day but trust me. That button pushes easily. It seems like I put new ones in each time. I do have a bunch of rechargeables, they're worth it.

I went up on Sunday and didn't see anything except for other vehicles including security. Took my daughter with me, so we did a lot of collecting things we didn't need (leaves, rocks, plants that looked like clovers, etc.) All in all was fun getting her out. Where have you been seeing the grouse at, South or Central?

camp seven area, grown over roads are loaded, grass not alders. Not so many road hunters now should be better
-
Thanks rasbo I might have to check it out. I wasn't going to take a dog because I wanted to do some calling, but I would like to get some grouse. So much hunting to do, so little time.

I get about 7 hours out of my critter. The button does press really easy. I carry it in my backpack and it turned on while I was walking, scared the crap out of me. I also lost the wing nut on mine, so remember to you make sure it isnt too loose when you remove the topper. Other than that, it works awesome.

friday might be a good day,big wind and rain wed and thursday..Ill be up the 6 rd area tomarrow cutting firewood after I do a few sets hope ya see some...thanks kain on the wing nut reminder :hello:
