Because it is a woody, I would think it was banded at the Fern Ridge Wildlife Area. All my years hunting, I have never shot a banded Woody. I turn them in on line. It tells you state or province and date, but doesn't give the banders name or exact location. If I had it e-mail I would probably have the full info a little sooner. But I collect all the coa's.

Post by: h2ofowlr on November 17, 2009, 08:03:02 PM: I just received the COA on this bird in the mail today. It appears it was banded in Ridgefield, WA by an Oregon biologist. I have about 10 certs with this biologists name on them.
