Anyone know a gunsmith or gun shop in the Vancouver\north Portland area where I can pick up a new fiber washer for a Remington Model 11? The one in mine is black and hardened.

I've found them online, but I can't see paying $6.95 shipping for a $3 part.

i think the name of the one that my uncle uses in gresham is allison and carry gun works i think they do good work and might have one.
