Title: Any opinions or experience with Canon PowerShot SX20-IS?
Post by: 509er on November 08, 2009, 08:21:33 AM
Kinda eyeballing one of these and was wondering what some of you might think?  It has pretty good reviews.  Any other similar cameras that I might consider?  I want to stay under $400, have at least 10 MP, and 20x optical zoom.

Thanks

I too am looking at the canon sx200is. It has a 12.1 megapixls and 15 power zoom that goes out to 48 digital zoom. Costco has them for 319.00 dollars. If you find them for less let me know..I just lost/got ripped off a panasonic that was a 9.1 pix by 10 zoom and really liked it a lot great camera. I might go back that way with a 12 pix by 10 zoom. The Canon really does have it over them with the 15 zoom. Just can't make up my mind. Let me know what you do.. JAMNG
