My friend couldn't get them to group with brodheads (he was shooting a stiffer spine), he went to gold tips for about the same price and they grouped much better.  I shoot the ICS 500 out of my recurve just because they are cheap (no broadhead).  What is your setup Bow type, poundage and d.l.?

Thanks for the reply.  I haven't hunted with the ICS 500s and have not shot many broad heads with them.  As your friend, I had good experience with the Gold Tips.  I shoot an old Browning Maxim, 61 lb draw weight (set for the arrow weight) and 29 inch draw length.  I group well up to 50 yds shooting ICS 500's with 100 gr. bullet points.  Good info.  I will start shooting heads soon.

Thanks,
