The are my 3 catahoulas.
They are the Lousiana state dog they are bred for hunting wild boar but will hunt what ever they are taught to hunt, were training the for coyotes but our great WDFW decided to ban that too.
Anysway hope you enjoy the pics.

i've seen alot of Catahoulas run as hog dogs... really good at picking up cold trails... good looking dogs... when i get back down south i'm going to get a few cats and a few BMCs to run hogs on.... just trying to decide whether i want a pit or a dago for a catch dog

Here is a pic of our dog Camo before they banned the use of hounds on coyotes. This coyote was called in and my wife shot missed the yote ran into some brush Camo went in after it it came out the back and I shot it.

my old man almost lost a good catch dog to a pack of yotes... he was a pit rhodesian (sp?) cross all of 100 pounds... he clamped on to one of the coyotes and the others jumped him from behind.... it took dad and a 12 gauge to bust them up..... we sutured on that dog for an hour
