A fellow hunter lost his pointer on the north border of the Yakima Res. along the irrigation ditch, west of Brownstown Rd. Near Willy City. This was Sunday, it is a mostly white dog, ten years old wearing an outdated/wrong contact information collar with a bell. If you've seen it or have friends hunting the Res. this weekend please pass this along. We all know this is a fear many of us have to face when we put a dog out, so lets see if we can make this happen, Thank you S.

I think we will be on the Res this weekend and will be sure to keep an eye out. My buddy lost his Shorthair last weekend on the Res for about a half hour. What a sick feeling. Please keep us informed on the situation. My heart goes out to your buddy.

I live on the res and will keep an eye out. Was it the big main canal that goes out towards brownstown and harrah? Any phone # in case we find him. No computer in the feild. Also it would be a good idea to call the Yakima humane society because they can put it on their "watch list" if its found. If he had a pic it would be great too.

It was lost on the north boundary of the Res., Ahtaneum (sp?) Creek, over the hill from the "valley" section, the south border of Yakima, the city. West of the airport, sort of the edge of the farm land and the begining of the hill. The owner is a Yakima resident whom happens to work for BIA, so he is probably working the local sources, but I figured there are many visitors who maybe over there this weekend. Keep an eye out! Thanks again , S.

Did he lose it like 2 weeks ago? I was at my friends house after we had gotten home from duck hunting, and a guy pulled in and said that he had lost his dog (english pointer) up on the ridge by the spring. Chukar hunting I assume.
My friends house is right on ahtanum creek, near where he lost the dog.
