I am buying my sons a rem. 870 youth express for xmas and am wondering what loads there are for ducks, turkeys, coyotes?

3 inch 7/8 oz. kent fasteel 4's kill the quack. For yotes i would think small buckshot would work :dunno: And turks use a 3 inch phesant load.

My first gun was a 20 ga when I was 7 or so. Still have it, killed many birds with it. Never got into waterfowl though. I am getting my daughter one for xmas also. Any good deals on them down there?

They run about $350 around here. Bi-Mart carries a mossberg for about $100 less. I have shot mossy's all my life, except for a BPS I had for a few months then got stolen with my truck  :bash: I loved that gun.

JDB....for what it's worth, Cabelas in Lacey has a youth 870 SPS-T, full camo, mossy oak breakup on the used rack marked as new with box for $299.

What are the BPS going for? I would like one, but the wife gets pissed when I buy guns. "why does a bowhunter need more guns?"  :dunno:
