Title: Respect
Post by: nwracer78 on November 21, 2009, 06:56:48 PM
Lately run into some real donks! Settin up dekes in ponds 30 yards from my set up. Shootin at birds that are workin my set phesent hunters walkin right through when birds are workin and guys claiming birds I know I've downed.

Does anyone else have this problem? How do you guys handle it? I don't have the big money to hunt private clubs and its frustrating that people don't have the RESPECT to not set up right next to a guy that was clearly there first.

this kind of thing is just uncalled for and should never happen. those people are the ones who should not be aloud to hunt and lose their liscence....  its too bad people are real jerks out there.....

if you are there first then its yours until your done, i would freak out , i had a guy try to claim my deer one time and solved it real fast, the old fashioned way.

I'm so glad i live in the middle of no where. So guy once tried claiming something i shot, and i nearly had to get out the shovel. In the end i just told him to take it never come back. it was great. Specially since he was on private property without permission

I went to a spot today that I limited in on friday...there were 14 RIGGS PARKED THERE!!! zthe spot can probably hold 4 groups of hunters. I turned my car around and did some scouting.

My advice to you is to do what I did...get a boat sir! The walk-in hunters will always lose Labowski, the walk-in hunters will always lose!!

I had that problem with 3 guys trying to claim my elk the last time I hunted the Colockum during modern firearm.  I had two German friends with me that persuaded them to leave- Mr. Heckler and Mr. Koch, of the angry .45 family lineage.
