Title: blind hunting blacktails

hy guys been awhile since ive been on i was wondering if anybodys knows how blacktail act to ground blinds do they have to be brushed in or can you set up same day and use. any information would be helpfull thank you

Never used one myself, but I'd imagine it'd need to be there for a few days ahead of time if you want to have a chance at a big buck.  If not because the deer will see it and know it's something out of the ordinary, at least to let the scent begin to blend in.

A treestand would be a better call if possible.

just hide it as good as possible so some tweeker don't steal it. maybe set up a trail cam pointed at it so if someone does steal it you got their face to take to the cops or post the pic on here. i bet we can find em'. >:(

my friend shot his biggest blacktail out of a built blind. almost missed him at 11 yards. none of the deer payed any attention to him or the blind

Give it a try but i havent had too much luck so far with mine... the deer definatly knew something was up and when they would come out they kept a good distance( out of bow range) and circled both times constantly on the blind even when the wind was in my favor and i was pretty good with scent control. Maybe just me but good luck!
