Just seeing what is the action of choice?
-
i use simi-auto. switched over after closing day last year the sleaves on my coat got so frozen that i could not pump my gun :bash: :chuckle:
-
I like my semi auto, although when it is acting up I feel like I should be using a pump
-
pump all the way! keeps me on the birds better
-
When I was growing up, my old man would only let me hunt ducks with a single shot. said "It will teach you disciplin boy and it will save your ammo". Some 25 years later I took him out on a duck hunt....needless to say, he said the same damn thing, right after he said "I am gonna take that damn autoloading POS and throw it in the water if you dont start hitting anything."
I was having a rough day....the drive home was just as bad.

I like a semi-auto best.
-
870 pump gun.
-
x1000
-
I have pumps, autos and over/unders. I voted over/under because they are simple. I've never had problems while hunting with them. Yeah I know only two shots, but at least its a consistent two shots. no jams or cycling problems.
-
Semi auto, in theory I should be able to score more birds...aint happening yet...
-
i can work a pump as fast as most can work an auto...and i can shoot any load! :chuckle:
-
Benelli...and that's all I have to say about that.
-
870, can't seem to get those autos to pump worth a dang! sticky forend I guess!

I love my auto, but the 870 will never let me down.
-
870 pump.I made money off the goose and duck hunters that shoot autos.I bet I could get three rounds off before they could. It was fun taking their money
-
Full auto Saiga 12 with a 30 round drum Mag :o
But in the event I cant get away with using it I will shoot the Stoeger 2000 Semi-auto or if it isnt broken My Ruger. Then again 1 of my 870's are always a good choice.
-
Mossberg 500, not very pretty but gets the job done
-
side by side isn't a choice? I'm feeling left out here
-
Just seeing what is the action of choice?
Always a pump for me!
-
started with a single shot 410 went to a Charles daily pump 20 gauge and now at a mossberg maverick model 88, 12 gauge pump love it, never lets me down.
-
my first shotgun was a bolt action 16 gauge with about a 90 inch barrel :chuckle: i hate that thing ... it had a junky three round clip and it kicked harder than any 12 gauge i've ever shot.... i'm a semi auto man... but you can't beat a benelli super nova..
-
Pumps work well for me!
-
Have always used an 870 pump!!
-
The old Stevens pump, I've had it since I was 15 and will hopefully have it until I hand it down. It's a 20ga 3" chamber and always reliable. Get's ir done :IBCOOL:

O/U hands down. Easy, easy, cleaning. Super reliable and tight.
