-Just want to see what the guys with a knight bighorn are shooting, powder, bullet? Need some ideas to start, more of a good elk load that hits hard and can reach out there!
-
777 pellets
300 grain Shockwave bonded
musket caps
I have tried 2 and 3 50 grain pellets. My gun shot much better with the full 3 pellets.
Most people seem to like the loose powder better.

90 to 100 grains of Triple 7 loose ffg
300 grain Hornady SST's

90 grain FFG 777, 310 grain knight sabot.
-
100 gr of T7 ffg, Knight 310 lead bullet in a black Harvester ribbed sabot.

90 grains of 777 loose. And switched this year to Powerbelt 295 grain Jacketed hollow points. The bore on my Bighorn is too tight for most sabots.
Switched to the Powerbelt and am very happy with them.
