Title: Duck/Goose Jerky??

Anybody got a good recipe for duck/goose jerky they wouldn't mind sharing?  Thanks guys (and gals!)

Ask Snowman, he brought some with him this week when he came hunting that was pretty good.

Slice 1/4" thick, season with High Mountain jerky seasoning/cure, put in oven or smoker for required amount of time.

High Mountain comes in many different flavors and is available for beef, deer/elk, duck/goose.  It is available at Wholesale sports, Cabela's, Ace hardware and many other places I am sure, like online.  Good luck
