Mass, height and width with NO junk and even eyeguard is my perfect buck.  I'm not a fan of trash.

My favorite looking deer is one of those 18 inch in width but 24+ inches in height with deep forks.  I don't know how he would score, but I think a deer like that looks cooler and more unique than any other deer!  Similar to the one on the right side of the pic in velvet - except a 4 point.  Anyone else have a picture of a deer like this?

My perfect deer would be wide, tall, heavy, with 2 or 3 nice kickers!   :IBCOOL:   But truely, I can't pick a favorite, I LOVE non-typicals, or just bucks with long drop tines, but I also like really wide deer, or tall deer, or really heavy deer.  Too hard to decide.  How bout one of each!   :dunno:

A massive non typical is about as good as it gets.  However, I like tall and wide as well.  A rack 24 x 24 with bases about 8 in. around, and junk everywhere,  :chuckle: :chuckle:

I like the bucks with mass and character. Could be height/width, could be a few stickers... could be an unusual turn in the antlers... just something to make him unique.

I voted for non-typ, because I have never killed a nice nontyp.  Seems my tastes change each time I reach a "goal"... :chuckle:

i am in the non-typical club, i have got massive and wide deer but no freaks yet seen 2 over the years one had 3 main beams if it was a rifle in my hand and not a muzzle he would have been mine. :chuckle: 280y is a bit far for a muzzle hunted him all year and did not tag another deer. he haunts my dreams.

1. Mass
2. Width
3. Height

Keep the kickers, I like pretty typicals.
