I know I am inviteing a total yar family reunion but I made some good fish taco's and thought I'd share the recipe: I took a about a pound of walleye fillit's and battered and deep fried them, them I cooked some black beans, I took 1 cup of mayo and seasoned it with taco seasoning. Spread the mayo/taco season on a tortilla, small scoop of black beans, a couple slices of deep fried walleye a little cheese, cabbage,tomatoe,green onion and viola there you have it! yar on!

not a fan of the fish tacos,but those sound great..

I love tuna tacos...............mmmm, nice soft tacos. not too hip on warm and cheesey though

I tried fish tacos not to long ago and I have to say they were pretty damn good. Will have to give your recipe a shot.

Next time around, try throwing a little fresh cilantro on them. Really peps them up.

Used the recipe tonite. Used cod.

up @ deercamp our Cookie made fish tacos with lingcod and cooked up some Silver fillets with a parmesan/dill sauce.Prior to trying either of these dishes they didnt even sound good.I had told him,"why do wanna screw up a good thing'' ? Now its to die for!!Thanks for sharing Jdb. Love Waylon, seen him in a little bar in Phoenix in 1980 little table next to the stage and such,good stuff!!

I use tillapia for my fish tacos. I like to bread it lightly, season with salt, pepper, garlic and bake it crispy. Then cut into strips... add cilantro, green onions, tomatoes, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
