Went out coyote hunting yesterday with FF4607. We called in two coyotes, they were comming in like they were on a string. Then they just hung up. One layed down and we lost sight of the other. After about 30min of trying to coax them in, we figured we would just take the one we could still see. Was about as long of a shot I ever took on a coyote. I had my shooting sticks and had a good solid rest for the .243. The shot was down a steep canyon, so I held the cross hair level with his back. I fired, listend to the sound echo down the canyon, and down he went. Sorry no pic's.

I like it. How far do you figure it was. Did you ever get a crack at the other? Any how, good job.. :guns:

We have no idea where the other one went. The one we got I guessed around 300 yards??? Long enough away that I got back on the yote in the scope after the shot to see him fall over.

Nice, gotta love that!

That was a good shot at 300 yards. Your 243 is a good choice for them varmints.
