From my understanding of the regs, you do not have to buy the license and application before February 1 if you only want to buy a point this year (and not be eligible to draw a tag this year). The way I read it, you can just wait until June 15, submit the points only application with the $50 fee, can someone confirm this for me as this is my first time applying.

Yeah, I know Wackmaster, sorry to hijack your thread but I was going to post my question tonight and hijacking your thread seemed like a lot more fun :chuckle:

Hope you draw the tag you want (and then you can tell me where to go when I have enough points to draw). What is max points in Wyoming 4 or 5?

Just noticed you are in Selah. Did you go to school there? Reason I ask is my brother and I both graduated from Selah..... Hijack complete

I tried the special tag a couple years ago which improves your odds quite a bit, but that is a big check to write. Good luck to you all.
