Anyone fish for or know good spots for sturgeon on the snohomish,  upper or lower?

No sturgeon in the snohomish.  :rolleyes:   If there was I would fish some of the lower sloughs with deep spots that dump in the main river by the lowel river launch.    :rolleyes:   Lower river.....if there was any stugeon.  :rolleyes:

 :yeah:  I heard of someone who knows someone who may or may not have caught one sometime ago. Sand shrimp?

If your going to fish in there for sturgeon, be careful on boundaries. Its not well known that between the time that the Snohomish closes for steelhead (this year Feb 18) and June 1 you cannot fish for sturgeon above the Highway 2 trestle. Just an FYI. Try Steamboat Slough just up river from I-5, several deep slots in there, or better yet, cruise out to Priest Point, they should be showing up out there by now.
