Title: Oak Creek Feeding Station
Post by: FullDraw on March 02, 2010, 10:34:53 AM
I was going to go to the Oak Creek Feeding Station this weekend.  Due to the mild winter have the elk left the feeding station or is it still worth visiting.  Thanks for any feedback.  I will be driving from Grays Harbor so the info might save me some gas money.

A buddy was there last weekend and there was still elk in there.
Plenty of big bulls also.

Overall the number of elk was down but a high ratio of big bulls laying around waiting to get fed.
Someone posted in another thread that last weekend may have been the last time for feeding. It would be well worth a phone call to the station before driving over.
