Got started on birds and can't put them down. Threw this one together yesterday.

very nice! I couldent quite get the hood faned out properly on the one i just did. what did you do? inject calk or put clay in the skull? those were the most common tips i found but those were all after it had dryed of course :bash:

Thanks everyone for all of the nice comments. You guys and gals make it fun to post pictures on here. Ducksdoom I use scaulp all to keep the hood in place. I mix it till it gets to a tacky stage then I put it on the skull. Using silicone gets pretty messy. The only time I use silicone is for the cheeks before sealing the face and on the wings and where the oil feathers are removed.
