Having never been drawn myself, I don't know, but I heard something about "packets" being sent to successful applicants...
I contacted the Biologist for the area I applied for (Lincoln) but seeing as to it took the bio 3 months last year to get back to me on an elk question, I don't have very high hopes of hearing back until after the season....
But you might try that...http://wdfw.wa.gov/hab/ahb/identify/search.php?searchby=Region&search=Region%204 (http://wdfw.wa.gov/hab/ahb/identify/search.php?searchby=Region&search=Region%204)  or   teammillcreek@dfw.wa.gov
