Man you got some cool toys, can I come and play :chuckle: :chuckle: Awesome capture
-
Thanks.
It is a Rem. XP100 with a 15" Lilja heavy barrel. Rem .222. Too heavy to hold up, but fun off a bench for ground squirrels and chucks. Many yrs ago this action had a longer barrel on it for bench rest competition, also in .222.

Gramps,
Nice pics! Where did you find the stock for that XP-100?
I have one in .35REM that needs that (fugly) factory brown plastic taken off!
-
The stock is a McMillan fiberglass....should paint it or dip it one of these days if I don't sell it to build something else. I haven't looked at their website for a long time...don't know if they still sell them.

Nice photos. I'd like to get one of those mounted on the side of my truck so when I go out to Montana I could nail the squirrels down to the dirt from the drivers seat. Of course that would be illegal but VERY FUN to do.
