As a Washington resident, if I want to hunt ducks in OR when the season opens, what what will it cost me?
-
It used to cost me a $120 a season. It's probably close to that. You need small game, State bird stamp and your Federal works for all states as long as it accompanies the Oregon license.

Annual license went from $76 last year to $140 this year :'( then you also need the OR bird validation which runs somewhere in the nieghborhood of $20. They do offer a 3 day bird license for $26, but you still need the bird validation which is only offered in an annual license good june-may, annual hunting license runs jan-dec, they suck you in and keep you coming back. :bash:
Oh and as mentioned a federal stamp, but the stamp is good for entire U.S., so if you hunt WA you should already have it.

Thanks. The state has transformed what was once a natural right (hunting game for food) into a rich man's indulgence.

for annual license is about 205.00
for license, validation, and parking pass if ya need one

I was actually thinking of buying one and going on a few hunts. Now that it will cost me so much, I think I will skip it because I won't get enough use out of it.
