Anyone got the skinny on how the fishing has been on Rufus woods. We are heading over the last weekend of February and was hoping to get some hot tips. We will be putting the boat in at Elmer and fishing from there to the pins.

I am headed there tomorrow, so I will be sure to post a report when I get back.

Found this on the hunting and fishing news website for washington. It is from Feb. 11
On Rufus Woods, troll Woolly Buggers tied on a No. 4 hook with an action disk by Wiggle Fin in front of it if the current is moving at a good clip.
When the current is still, cast spinners at shoreline structure. Try 1/4-ounce Rooster Tails in black and silver. Keep your boat off the shoreline as far as possible while still being able to hit the shoreline accurately with a cast. Burn the retrieve a few turns then pause and let it drop. Repeat as necessary.
