my new toy, 10/22. seems to be pretty accurate. i can hit a 10"X10" steel target everytime at 140 yrds. sorry for the low quality picture, its from my cell phone. the first thing im going to do is modify the bolt release. i did some research for tips and tricks on these rifles and this one is a must do for me.

there is a ton of things you can do to the 10/22 one of the most popular guns out there. i have seen some that people have over 1000.00 into them :yike:

recoil buffer is a good thing too for a little $$.

I always wanted one. One of the best selling 22's out there. Enjoy!

thats also on my list. i dont want to get too carried away. mainly just the cheaper upgrades, for now... :chuckle:

I think the little buffers are a couple bucks or so...
:dunno:
does it already have an extended mag release on it? looks like it.
There's a guy on rimforecentral.com who will rework your trigger for you, I think around $60 if I remember correctly...you just send him the trigger.
I've got 3 of them too...had big plans for 1 of them but one of the big guns got moved to the head of the line.

Great guns. Yours does look like it has the extended mag release. You'll enjoy that little gun a bunch.

My cousin has a couple with Tactical Solution barrels on them. Pretty sweet.

'Grats, I'm sure you'll like it. I haven't used my 10/22 since I bought my .17, so I just ordered an ER Shaw .17 HM2 Barrel (http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/10-22-920-17m2-18-target-barrel-kit-blued.aspx?a=268449) and a Hogue Stock (http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cb.aspx?a=277557) for it. Hopefully that will motivate me to use it more!
:dunno:

Just got a BiMart add in the paper and they have the SS version of the 10/22 on sale for $199. You never have enough guns right? :P
-
thats a pretty good deal. i got mine for $214 at Sunbirds.

Cant go wrong with a 1022 mine gets more trigger time than any other gun.
