Well today we fished lake chelan for lakers, and tried for silvers. Great day, sunny, warm, little breeze and we had everything perfect but the only thing that we could even get close to catching were ducks. they came up and climbed in our boat. We let them stay as long as they didnt make a mess.
Heck it was better than sitting at home. didnt look like many fish were being caught.

We were there yesterday and it was blowing hard so we came home. We caught 7, no big ones 3-6 lbs. Here is a dinker from two weekends ago. I thought it was supposed to blow harder today? Where did you fish? We found them between 140-180ft.

Ahh we were fishingh the lower basin, never fished there. im sure we would have caught something if we would have fished in our normal holes. But we stayed from 6-8 ft of the bottom. ran variety of baits.
Thats a nice one you got.
Next time we will go back to other spots, real different not catching anything. :chuckle:
