I have a small moose horn that is bleached out. What do you use to make it look natural again?

Depends on how "bleached out" it is.  Is it hard white or is it weathered with and bunch of cracks.

No cracks, just a little weathered. I want to make a Cribbage board out of it.

I would use oil paints.  You can get them at Micheal's.  Burnt umber is a good color.  You can choose a few others along those lines to help give it a variance in color.
