The elk here all have one set of legs longer than the other, sheep do well here.

It's perfectly clear by the 2nd pic I posted that there is almost nothing at all there, just some small rocks and pebbles and some dead grass.....once you're actually on the ground in there it's easier to see...thats why I took that pic.
so there...that along with Pathfinder's evidence should solidify it.

So it is rattlesnake country not elk country...that first picture gorgeous......god I love that place
