270 Weatherby is a great caliber...its so good that its what the Weatherby family all shoots. What model is that?
-
I assume that's a Weatherby Mark V? Looks like the Ultralight model. I have the same rifle in 257 Wby Mag its a nice shooter.
-
The UL have a grey stock... :dunno:
They changed em there tan now...

elkaholic nailed it. and for those who shoot it. what loads are you shootin?

GREAT WEAPON!!! My wife shoots a .270 WBY Mark V Syn Stainless. She has taken deer , moose and black bear with hers. She is a regular Annie Oakley when she has an animal in the crosshairs of that gun. You will love shooting that weapon. Every one that I have ever seen has been a tack driver. Good shootig to you my brother, enjoy!!

Bad Ass caliber! My dad and I both have Ruger #1's in that caliber. I have a Wthby 300 mag too. Can't go wrong with either. :twocents:
