Title: Just wondering if anyone else if having this problem

And recently i have gone out hunting 6 times in the last 2 months and have not seen any coyotes i have seen elk deer turkey but not yote's i'm wondering if it could be the time of year or the weather its been raining every time i go. i;m wondering if its time for a new spot or if its the season or the weather. anyone else having this issue...

I have never had very good luck calling in the rain.

Post by: trophyelk6x6 on June 04, 2010, 07:36:29 PM: weather, time of year, denning etc all play a part. I know for sure the amount of food for the coyotes play the bigger part. If the local rabbit,cat,squirrel, etc are low they will move on especially a male dog who will wonder and fight for new territory.
