Title: Winter Steel
Post by: WAcoueshunter on February 27, 2008, 09:21:07 PM: Just figuring out how to post pics. Hopefully this works. Here's a steelie I caught in late January on the Skagit. Was a brutal day...snowed six inches while we were on the water. But our efforts were rewarded with this nice native hen. She was a chunky 33", 13-14 lbs.

Hit the Sky all day today....landed one Native....mid teens and that was it. Beautiful fish....sure wish we could keep em' every now and then.

There are plenty of fish out there to be whacked. I;d be stoked i caught one before they are all gone. :dunno:
