Post by: 520backyard on July 22, 2010, 07:48:23 PM: Just remember your only really hunting goats when it's blue sky. Due to elevation when the clouds roll in visibility is greatly reduced and spotting will be a whole lot harder. Hunt it as hard as you can as much as you can while you have good visibility. My partner and I were drawn in 97 and I got a very nice 9 7/8 old billy the day before it socked in for the season. My partner ate his tag because it's hard to spot goats in the clouds and we looked of 3 weeks without finding him one. Congrats.
