received my Truthcam 35 from the usps santa yesterday, setting it up tomorrow. See how it goes, I'm a complete newb to trailcams so I'm probably not the best for a review. Just setup my first one last saturday, Wildview IR Extreme. ;D lol. some of these trail cam names crack me up.
Took me a little trial and error to get the Wildview to trigger. I put it at my shoulder height and angled it down but it wouldn't pick up a person walking 20ft away. Slid it down the tree until it triggered consistent, about 4ft up. My gf really enjoyed that experience. "you want me to walk past it again?! gawwddd" :rolleyes: 'you be quiet and gets to walkin woman!' :chuckle:
Hopefully when I check it tomorrow I'll have more than just 6 pic's of a 5'8" blondie

hmm.....well it doesn't like heavy timber/low light conditions. Just ran it through its first week, some decent pictures but it struggled in the early morning late evening hours. Some of the photo's were almost white outs. I left it in the same spot and switched it to vid mode. Going to check it again Wednesday.
Imho this review is spot on;
